💙 About this event

Hi, I'm Marion, and I'm surrendering to my desire to offer a space where people can connect with their body and practise knowing what they want and how to ask for it — how to offer a graceful no, receive one, and simply melt into the warmth of cuddling. The event is held at my home, in a spacious living room with a comfy, large mat.

Event is limited to 12 participants.

This is a body-led lab. Our society demands we be extremely head-centred, but that's not the only way to be — we can make decisions based on our intuition, our heart, our sexual centre, our inner child, and more. And it's important to be able to do so to stay healthy and connected to life's flow.

This is a communication lab. Most of us haven't been taught how to ask for touch. 

Everyone is welcome: the recovering people-pleaser, the touch-deprived, the overworked and overstressed, the touch enthusiast, the sensualist.



💙 What is a cuddle party?

A cuddle party is a structured, non-sexual social event where adults gather to experience platonic physical intimacy. Every touch requires a verbal yes. You are never obligated to cuddle anyone.

We are here to nurture honest human connection by: 
• Creating opportunities to explore, 
• learn and practise embodied communication; 
• Supporting an inclusive community of practice; and 
• Promoting accountability to bodily autonomy, self-determination and kindness. 


💙 How it works

We start sharp at 6:30 — please arrive on time. Once the welcome circle begins, we can't admit latecomers. This keeps everyone safe and ensures no one misses the foundations of the evening.

The night opens with a workshop where we connect with ourselves and each other, practise communication skills, and establish our shared agreements together. 

From there, the space opens for cuddling — on your own terms, at your own pace.

The facilitator is present throughout to support anyone who feels overwhelmed, answer questions, and hold the container.



💙 The agreements

- This is a platonic event. 
- You don't have to cuddle anyone — ever. 
- Before touching anyone, ask permission and get a verbal yes. Be as specific as you can about what you're asking for. 
- If you're a yes, say yes. If you're a no, say no. If you're a maybe, say no. 
- You're always allowed to change your mind, even mid-cuddle. 
- Find your facilitator if you have a question, a concern, or just need support. 
- Tears, laughter, anger, grief are welcome — come as you are, with all of your beautiful emotions. 
- What happens here, stays here. Respect people's privacy, including any connections made during the event — there's no expectation or obligation to keep it going afterwards. 
- Be kind. Be respectful.



💙 What to bring

Yourself, water, and comfy clothes or pyjamas.

Optional: a pillow or blanket if you like (we have plenty, but bring anything that helps you feel safe and good), snacks to share, a notebook.

Our events are substance and alcohol free. We provide some snacks, but please eat beforehand.

Creative therapist · holistic remedial massages · singer · performer

Marion grew up in a touch deprived, emotionally disconnected family. The pain led her to a long journey of healing and discovery. She now has learned to connect to her body and intuition and life became a lot more pleasreable and in flow. 

Born in France, studied physiotherapy in Germany, moved to Australia in 2016, growing roots and a community of heart centered humans. Because life is about the journey and the people we meet along the way.

Marion is trauma-aware and LGBTQI+ friendly, and always willing to learn — feedback is welcome.
