Blended Youth Mental Health First Aid ( Online & F2F)

The Youth Mental Health First Aid Course is primarily designed for adults working or living with adolescents (12-18 yrs, extending to University age). This course is relevant and vital for parents, teachers, school staff, sports coaches, youth workers & anyone wanting to support youth mental health.

YMHFA training is evidence based & informed by the MHFA Guidelines. A manual comes with the training which is accredited through MHFA Australia.

Your instructor Sydel Weinstein was recently awarded "Longest Standing Instructor - Australia" and brings a wealth of experience having also directed the Family Nurturing Centre for over 30 years.
