- **Event Description**: The Blazing Swan Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 12:30pm on Sunday the 19th of July, 2026, at Coogee Community Hall, 19 Arlington Loop, Coogee 6166. 

Members are invited to attend from 11:00am for lunch provided by Couch Potatoes.
 
We look forward to seeing you all at the AGM. If you would like to attend virtually, a link will be sent shortly prior to the AGM.
 

Please note that to attend this meeting, you are required to be a member of Blazing Swan. This event has been created to allow attending members to mark their calendar and stay up-to-date with information regarding the meeting.

Under Clause 34(2) of the BSI Constitution, the Committee has received one nomination for each open Office Holder position, and three nominations for three open Ordinary Committee Members positions as follows:-

    Chairperson: Dr. Paul Castle
    Deputy Chairperson: ShazCat
    Secretary: Nicole “Giggles”
    Treasurer: Danielle Reston
    Ordinary Committee Member: Alex Parks
    Ordinary Committee Member: Lucifer Raven
    Ordinary Committee Member: Lewis Viljoen

As per Clauses 35 and 36 of the BSI Constitution (copy attached), each of the above Members will be declared elected unopposed.

We encourage anyone from our community who wants to play an active role in our member-lead/run organisation in shaping Blazing Swan and the annual Blazing Swan event to become a member and attend the AGM.

You can become a member by completing the form linked below and paying your membership dues.

For ease, we encourage you do this online prior to attending the meeting. If you intend to sign up on the day, please ensure prompt attendance, as you will need to complete paperwork and be reviewed/approved prior to the meeting commencing.
