FULL RETREAT - There are two options for staying at the event and both include: 4 or 3 nights accomodation at the Esplanade Hotel by Rydges (4.5 stars) 5 or 4 days of 'you' time to spend crafting, sleeping, walking, enjoying the marina, reading and so much more - but mostly crafting of course. All of your meals - breakfasts, lunches and dinners All of your non alcoholic drinks and snacks Full 6ft table to work at all to yourself Gala dinner and presentations night $20 of the registration fee is added to the fundraising to get us kick started to reach our goal. Games, raffles and the marketplace. Parking for full 5 days = $75 t0 $90 for those wishing to come and leave car in car park. 5 DAY REREAT - $995 No accomodation or breakfast included but all other inclusion of the above event. You will need to come each morning and park where you can in the Fremantle car park next the hotel. You can unload at the event room before heading to parking and your equipment will be safe and locked in the event room each night. Saturday 8th August we will be celebrating all that Arty Crafty for Cancer has achieved in 10 years. We will enjoy a beautiful gala dinner with gorgeous menu, awards and dancing. The Gala will be cocktail dress. This is a fun opportunity to get dressed up and be glamorous. All registrations include the Gala dinner but you are welcome to come just for the meal and then head back to crafting if you would like. Tickets for the Gala will also be available to purchase seperatly at $130 each if you have a friend or loved one you would like to attend. This ticket cost does include a $20 amount which is added to the fundraising. Option One: Arrive 2pm Friday 7th and stay until 4pm Tuesday 11th August 2026. Twin Share - $1,510 per person Single - $ 1,925 per person Option Two: Arrive 2pm Friday 7th and stay until 4pm Monday 10th August 2026. Twin Share - $1,195 per person Single - $1,510per person Option Three: Days Only - enjoy setting up on Friday 7th and then being able to craft from 9.30am to 10.30pm for 4 days. $995. Parking - If you require parking this will be approximately $75/$90 for the 5 days (we are reaching out to the car parking managers for a discounted rate so this may be lower).
