Nothing brings joy to a nation more than the knowledge that the children we labour to empower eventually succeed and become meaningful and productive citizens.
In our strive to rebrand and build that future, the Soriebah School Support Foundation for the Less Privileged is set to organise the following events:
Inter-Primary & Secondary School Debate And Quiz Competition

Inter-Secondary School Sport Meet and

Inter-Section/Community Football Gala Competition

These events will be organized on the theme Youth-led Action to End Drug Abuse in Kambia District
Dates: 20th-27 April 2026
Place: Banka Makulloh-Munu Thalla Chiefdom

For the Inter-Secondary School Debate and Quiz Competition,15 schools have been invited to participate in this year's event, as prizes and awards of scholarships await the participants. Beyond our commitment to complementing the government's efforts to the Free Quality Education, the foundation also agendered 
Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which aims to "ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all"

For the Inter-Section/Community Football Gala Competition, 13 sections (teams) have been invited to participate in the 25,000,00 (new leones) gala competition. This event reflects on our commitment to bring communities together and creating awareness campaigns against drug abuse among young people and schoolgoing children  in three chiefdoms; Munu Thalla, Masungbala and Tonko Limba. 

The education of our children can never be positively realised if those issues affecting their education are left unaddressed. The foundation has taken the lead this year again... and that lead is possible if we could give just a small support to this initiative. We therefore, kindly implore and call on every humanitarian, kindhearted individuals, organizations, and partners to help support this initiative with whatever little. Remember, the world would be a better place, and communities will become stronger and stronger again if we  support one another, especially the less privileged children. Never think it is too small because your little support might rebrand a future of someone.
