🌟 Strong & Supported: Chair Yoga for Seniors
Join us for a gentle, joyful movement experience designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more supported in your body — no matter where you are in your wellness journey.
This class offers full-body movement using the support of a chair, making it perfect for:
• Seniors looking to improve mobility and balance
• Those recovering from injury or managing limited range of motion
• Anyone wanting to stay active in a safe, encouraging environment
We’ll combine mindful movement, breathwork, and light stretching to increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, and boost circulation — all while having fun and building community.
Every class is taught at a slow and approachable pace, with no pressure and plenty of encouragement. You’ll leave feeling uplifted, relaxed, and proud of what your body can do.
