This experience weaves together a journey through a vast soundscape of metal singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, vocal toning and more that help shift and move stagnant energy. Sound works on both a cellular and nervous system level, helping the mind soften while the body releases stored tension and stress. As you rest comfortably, waves of vibration move through the space, inviting balance, clarity, and a sense of inner spaciousness.
Each journey is intuitive and unique, offering space to reset, integrate, and reconnect with yourself.
