Herbal Tea Blending Workshop

Learn the art of herbal tea blending in this hands-on workshop. We will explore several herbs in tea form, discovering their energetics and tastes and learning how they can work together in a tea blend. We will also explore different types of blends: uplifting, grounding, calming, and immune support. You will prepare a custom blend of your own and bring it home.
