Children's Craft & Sound Bath

Book your children (ages 8-12. 6 and 7 year olds must be accompanied by a parent) into this Children’s themed workshop - yoga, sound play, creating their own rain stick and ending with a restorative sound bath meditation.

They will experience mindfulness, arts & crafts, storytelling yoga and sound relaxation.

This 2-hour workshop will be loaded with fun and interactive curriculum ~ movement & relaxation. Children will be introduced to sound instruments and will have a chance to play them.

Then they will craft their own rain sticks to take home. Craft time will be followed with a story themed yoga sequence and a short sound bath. A great way to bring peace and balance to the busy season.
