Fellowship: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Dinner: 12:30 PM

Meal Details
Enjoy a family-style meal featuring chicken and beef.
Pricing (includes tax and gratuity):

Adults (age 11+): $29.00
Children (ages 6–10): $12.50
Children (ages 3–5): $8.75

Registration & Payment
Please complete the registration form at https://www.bethanykaukauna.org/80th-anniversary to reserve your spot. The completed form must be returned with your check.
Checks should be made payable to Bethany Lutheran Church and include “Anniversary Meal” in the memo line.
