# Event Details

- **Event Name**: WILLY TEA TAYLOR [USA] (AMERICAN FOLK/SINGER SONGWRITER)
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 27 Nov, 2025 at 09:00 pm
- **Event Description**: WELL HOLY SHMOKES!!! We can’t believe it has been 8 years since friend of the house, legendary American folk song writer and friend WILLY TEA TAYLOR has played Lygtens Kro.

Willy Tea Taylor is a father, brother, and son. His remarkable ability to write subjects in a simple yet profound way makes his songs a great place to lose yourself. Much of that comes from his upbringing surrounded by rolling hills and horses in a small town in California known as the “Cowboy Capital of the World”.

Willy calls John Hartford, Roscoe Holcomb, Bob Dylan, KISS, Weird Al Yankovic and Willie Nelson his biggest influences, but is always quick to advocate for his favorite contemporary songwriters which include Tom VandenAvond, Nathan Moore, and his Good Luck partner in crime, Chris Doud.

It’s pretty difficul to describe how beautiful and soulful Willy’s music is. Deep, beautiful and heart wrenching and one of the best story tellers we have ever heard.
