Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to your Rört membership and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. Join us for an uplifting afternoon where play, trust, and stillness come together in the yoga hammock. We will flow with the hammock, warm up and have fun, and do both yoga and some circus-inspired moves. Then explore several inversions, that provide a very unique experience for the spine and nervous system. The deep release is like nothing else.
The session ends with soothing restorative poses and deep relaxation, floating in weightless calm.

PRACTICAL INFO
This class is not recommended when pregnant, or if seriously injured.
Please wear tight-fitting clothes that cover armpits and knees is preferred. No jewelry, watches or other sharp objects that can tear the hammocks..
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Led safely by Sisse Siegumfeldt, a warm and experienced yoga teacher of 20 years (10 years of Aerial). She also has a shady past as a circus princess and has taught around 100 Aerial Yoga Teachers in her teacher training.
She is passionate about the craft of yoga, and has written two books about it for Gyldendal and founded the Danish Yoga Teacher's Association.
