Parkour Spring Special: In Parkour you practice your ability to move with creativity and playfulness in the city and you tune your eyes in to see opportunities for movement in different city landscapes. All levels are welcome. You don't need to be a hoodie wearing street-person with skin as hard as concrete to join. The class takes place in a safe and supporting atmosphere, that we create together.

Class info and location:
This class take place outside. The class starts in the Rört courtyard, and then we go to a nearby location to train, so please arrive on time before the class starts to follow the group. Dress according to weather.

This class is included with your Rört Membership
