There is a myriad of tools in todays psychological wellness box, but not matter how deep we dig, there seems to be a missing link to profound peace.
Here we will talk about how we can experience and enjoy the turbulence, rather than trying to dismiss or decrease it. The way of Zen is the wisdom and practice of opening our mind and hearts to the magnitude of life. To the living and dying of all.
No experience is required to join!
We will both practice through meditation to rest in the openness of mind, and also talk about how we can contemplate the thorns of life, without getting stuck in thought patterns of egotism that loops around itself.This is how we enjoy the way at hand, the way we are given, the way we walk with a walking mind.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Marcus Udsen Grandjean is a Human physiologist that coaches physicality and meditation with special emphasis on the relationship between neurology, modern psychology and ancient philosophy.
Marcus focuses on bringing more awareness on mental health and spirituality in a contemporary context, that relies on science, practice and poetry.
