Whether you’ve been practicing on your own or joined the Quiet Candle Meditation Challenge this month, you’ve likely encountered some of the challenges that come with establishing a regular seated meditation practice. Meditating together in person can be deeply supportive and transformative. On this dark December night, we invite you to ride the wave of community and join us at Rört to reflect on your practice and ask any questions you may have. 

The evening is open to everyone with a genuine interest in seated meditation, even if it’s your first time.
We will gather to reflect on and share our experiences—what the practice feels like, the challenges it brings, and why it matters to us.

Zen monk and meditation teacher Birgitte Gorm will lead two short guided meditations and facilitate a group dialogue where you’ll connect with new friends at Rört and receive support for your home practice from an experienced practitioner. Let’s come together to strengthen our practice and deepen our inner inquiry all the way to Christmas and beyond.
