In the body, this manifests as an overworked nervous system, often showing up through muscle tension and faster breathing — which, in fact, only worsens the state of stress in the body.

In this class, we’ll work on calming both body and mind. You’ll learn specific tools to regulate your nervous system through the body, using techniques such as breathing, tapping and toning. This is a conscious practice that engages different parts of the body connected to your nervous system. We’ll end with a soothing sound bath that invites deep relaxation and peace for body, mind, and soul.

Tobias Dinesen brings a grounded, intuitive approach rooted in breathwork, nervous system regulation and deep inner work. His calm, compassionate presence supports trust and emotional safety.
