Join us at Najell Frederiksberg together with Emma Marlow for a chance to reconnect with your body - together with your baby.

In this event, you will have a short Pilates session while carrying your baby in our baby carrier.

What to expect

We will focus on rebuilding strength after birth, especially in the core, pelvic floor, and posture, through gentle, functional movements in a calm, supportive space. Using the Najell Baby Carrier to move safely and mindfully with your baby close to you.

You will get the chance to borrow a Najell Baby Carrier throughout the session, as well as enjoy some snacks and refreshments.

The event will be led in English by Emma Marlow :

‘’Hi, I’m Emma! For me movement has always been about connection - with your breath, your mind, and your body and in your case even your baby. With many years of teaching experience, I’ve learned that no two bodies or days are the same, which is why I care deeply about creating a space where you can move in a way that feels right for you. I will encourage you to move intentionally, build confidence in your body and also challenge you with my uplifting supportive energy’’

Time: 10.00 to 11.00 (30 mins of Pilates and some hygge time)

Price : 100 DKK per session (exluding Billetto fees)

It is important that you bring your own yoga mat
You will get the chance to borrow a Baby Carrier during the event, if you already purchased a Najell Baby Carrier, you are also welcome to bring your own
We will be taking some pictures and videos during the event
