Forget everything you know about "simple" veggie soups. This is a deep dive into the heart of Central Vietnam. We’ve captured that signature spicy-sour-salty balance using a fragrant, lemongrass-infused broth that simmers until the flavors are incredibly deep and umami-rich.

Inside your bowl, you’ll find: Thick, slippery rice noodles for that perfect slurp ? Golden tofu & meaty mushrooms that soak up every drop of spice ? A mountain of fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime to brighten it all up ?

Dessert of the week: Khashil. ?

We’re bringing you the most authentic Azerbaijani comfort, the kind you usually only find in a grandma’s kitchen, not in restaurants. It’s a bowl of pure, golden nostalgia.

We take our time with it, slowly stirring the flour and butter until it’s perfectly velvety, then topping it with a pool of melted butter and a dusting of cinnamon and sugar. It smells exactly like a snowy winter Saturday at home. It’s simple, it’s rich, and it’s the kind of comfort you can actually feel. ?✨ 

Important practical information:
- Dinner is always fully vegan
- We serve food at 18:30.
- Tickets can be bought at Tikkio.com. The deadline is usually 4 pm the day before the event. This will ensure we have enough food, and that no food goes to waste. 
- A ticket costs 60 DKK, It is not possible to reserve tickets.
- Refunds are not possible through Tikkio. If you have a spare ticket, please try and sell it to someone else. ?
- Please help us by collecting all your dishes, cutlery and glasses, and giving them a wipe at the washing station. We are only volunteers and would like to minimise the time spent cleaning.
