You’ll be guided through a death meditation, an inner journey inviting you to make peace with what you and your nervous system is ready to release — old patterns, identities, stories, burdens.
Not as an ending, but as the first inhale of something new.

Contraindications
Rebirthing breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional experiences. Please avoid the breathwork if you have:
– heart disease or high blood pressure
– respiratory conditions such as asthma or COPD
– pregnancy
– epilepsy or a history of seizures
– recent surgery or injuries that haven’t fully healed
– severe mental health conditions (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, extreme anxiety).
In these cases, 1:1 work is often a safer and more supportive option.
