Salsa Body Movement – 5-Week Mini Course 🔥🔥🔥

In this 5-week mini course, we will focus on the fundamentals of salsa body movement, starting from the feet and gradually building up through the rest of the body. You will learn to coordinate lower and upper body, improve flow, and add natural expression to your dancing.

A central tool we use is our elastic band technique, which strengthens your grounding and helps you connect your movements smoothly. This course is perfect for dancers who want to bring more style and body awareness into their salsa.
