Aerial Gong & Sound Bath

Join us for Aerial Gong & Sound bath while lying, relaxing in soft fabric hammocks.

With the help of gravity and the hammocks, we can together explore floating, fluid states and allow space in our bodies without compression of our joints and spine. You can be in the silky soft hammocks completely creating a womb-like feeling, or you can be upright in a supportive holding way.

Aerial Gong & Sound Bath will be deeply restorative and relaxing. All you have to do is lie down in the cocoons (hammocks), make yourself comfortable and listen allowing the sound waves to bathe you. Absolutely no effort is required.

Bring a small pillow for your comfort.

The Gong
The vibration of the gong is a powerful method for reducing stress, and it creates an ocean of sound that is profoundly relaxing and induces a holistic resonance in the body and a spontaneous meditative state in the mind, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and wholeness.
