- **Event Description**: AcroYoga is such a wonderful tool for building connection, trust, and community. Let’s make the most of that in this 4 week course committing to a smaller group and going deeper in the practice. This way, we can really learn the movements and techniques, support each other’s learning and growth and progress together. The series is open to any level, and you can expect to be challenged exactly where you are in your acroyoga journey. We’ll make sure you get a good mix of struggle and progression! 

Acroyoga is a lot about trust: it makes a big difference when we practice with people whose minds and bodies start to feel familiar. You begin to trust your spotters, bases, and flyers more deeply — and find the courage to try new things yourself.

And perhaps best of all, we get to share the joy of growing together — celebrating each other’s breakthroughs, laughter, and the beautiful moments of human connection that AcroYoga creates.

We will adapt the content to the participants, but we know for sure that we’ll learn the foundational poses and flows of acroyoga. We’ll definitely visit:

Self practice on Feb 1st: This session will be without a teacher and a chance for you to jam and explore in Studio 2 at rört with your fellow acroyogi course-participants.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Eva Junge: "I love to move and explore how physical connection can bring people together in ways words often can’t. When I teach, I aim to create a playful and brave space where we practice trust, communication, and care.
I studied circus pedagogy, learning how movement and play can support personal and collective growth. I’ve attended several circus programs across Europe and taken an AcroYoga Teacher Training with AcroBhakti, all of which deepened my passion for building community through movement. Since 2024, I’m co-organizing the Nordic AcroYoga Festival — another opportunity to bring people together through AcroYoga."
