Guided by our sommelier, you’ll journey through a carefully curated selection of Italian wines, from vibrant whites and expressive reds to contemplative wines of meditation, while our storyteller brings each label to life with tales of the vineyards, families, and traditions behind them.

- Course: Crispy rye bread (rugbrød chips) with whipped salted butter, roasted almonds glazed with Christmas spices, olives and Bolgheri extra virgin olive oil – Aldrovandi

- Course: Smoked salmon (Røget laks) with red cabbage salad marinated in redcurrant, Nordic shrimps on rye bread with light mayonnaise and fresh dill
