Yoga for Beginners 7 Weeks

Feeling stiff and out of shape? Sign up for a 7-week Beginner Yoga Series! Choose one weekly class: MON 7:30pm, TUES 11:30am, TUES 7:30pm, WED 7:30pm, THURS 5:00pm, SAT 10:30, or SUN 2:00. One hour of stretching, moving, and feeling great. Begins the week of MARCH 9th. Learn Iyengar Yoga poses and how using props makes yoga more accessible.
