Sound Bath

Join Brenda and me on December 7th for an afternoon of healing,featuring a 2:00~3:30 Yin/Restorative yoga session with a maximum of 10 participants,followed by frequency filled sound bath from 4~5 pm accommodating up to 15 participants.
