You can rock, shift, shake, spin, play, resist, express, collapse - rise!
What ever you need at any moment. The music will be our guide.

There is no judgment, no spectators, no phones, or conversations on the floor, no right way to move.

Some will come to release, some come to connect, others come to feel something real. Enter with respectful presence and leave transformed. All is welcome in this space. 

- If you feel awkward at first. Good.
The medicine of dance working and the mask of rigidity loosening… It is temporary. 
- Emotions may come up as you shake around your body. Good. That’s what’s recalibration feels like…A Nervous system reset. 
The space supports all of you. As a community we support each another.
- You might feel powerful and free… alive without a filter. Good! This is our true self emerging into presence. 

At first you may have to try to move that’s okay but eventually you will feel something moving you-Ohmbala! This is the threshold. A rhythm that isn’t coming from the speakers but from somewhere deep inside. This is celebrated! As we release and return to our rhythm. It can happen at any moment and last as long as our mind stays focused in movement. 

The ceremony of life is found here. 

Ecstatic dance is a deepening into our reality not an escape from it. Every dance is unique. Every dancer is unique. Together we create a mandala of movement. Only you can dance your dance. 
This is a practice! 

A communal event, where friends and authentic connections are made.
