Full Moon Sound Bath

Join me for a special one hour Sound Bath experience.
This gathering will be a little different something I've been feeling called to create for some time. I'm delighted to welcome Grace Harrington who will be joining me with her crystal singing bowls and additional instruments. Together we will weave our sounds and frequencies into a deeply immersive and restorative experience.
Our focus will be the final full Moon of the winter ~The Worm Full Moon~ a powerful time of quit transformation. This moon invites deep release, clearing old energy, and creating space for new growth as we prepare to emerge into a new season.

For your comfort during the sound bath yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and an eye covering. If you prefer to be seated, you are welcome to bring a chair for optimal comfort. These items are simply to support you in relaxing as deep as possible. Your comfort is important and you are encouraged to create a cozy little nest that allows you to fully receive the experience.
