Join us at Yoga Above Aura for a 2-day Iyengar Yoga workshop exploring the connections between asanas. Our guest instructor is Deborah Lomond of Tracadie, NS (Level 3 Certified). She has been practicing for over 35 years, and has travelled to India four times to study with the Iyengar family. Friday 5pm-7pm ($50), Saturday 9am-12pm ($75), Saturday 2pm-4pm ($50).
