The Creative Circuit is a rotating, hands-on creative experience designed for children to explore, create, and take home finished projects. The circuit model keeps energy high, reduces wait time, and allows kids to engage in multiple activities during a single session.

⏰ Session Options
Mini Makers Session (Ages 5–11)*
🕒 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM
A playful, hands-on creative experience designed for younger makers. Activities focus on sensory exploration, creativity, and guided fun.
Youth Creative Circuit (Ages 12+)
🕠 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
A longer, more independent creative circuit for older youth, featuring guided instruction and personalized projects.
👶 Supervision Note
Children under age 5 must attend with a parent or a Buddy (age 12+).
Buddies are provided by the family and are not supplied by Bethany Creative Studio.
✨ What to Expect
Participants will rotate through three creative stations:
Fragrance Selecting
Soap Making
Bath Bomb Painting
All materials are included, and each participant will take home their creations.
All ticket sales are final.
Because our workshops require advance preparation, materials, and staffing, refunds are not available once a ticket has been purchased.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest at no additional cost.
• The replacement guest must meet all event requirements, including age restrictions if applicable.
• Please notify us of the name change at least 24 hours prior to the event so we can update our guest list.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Tickets cannot be refunded for no-shows or late arrivals. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience, and event time cannot be extended.
Cancellations by Bethany Creative Studio
In the rare event that Bethany Creative Studio must cancel or reschedule an event, guests will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop.
