We’ll start from the very beginning and assume you have no prior yoga knowledge at all. 

You’ll learn basic poses, simple breathing, how to use props, and how to move through a class without feeling confused or behind.  

This series is for every body—every shape, size, age, and fitness level. You do not need to be flexible, strong, coordinated, or “in shape” to begin. We’ll take things slowly, explain everything clearly, and offer options so you can make the practice work for your body.  

By the end of the three weeks, you’ll feel more comfortable, more confident, and ready to join a regular yoga class.  

**Registration includes all three sessions, which build on one another.** The sessions are on consecutive Monday evenings. Sept 14, 21, & 28.
