These forums are intentionally designed to bridge disciplines, share real-world perspectives, and foster conversations that build us up—personally and professionally. Our goal is to strengthen practitioner resilience, reduce isolation, and cultivate a more connected local wellness community so we can better support the health of those we serve in Fredericksburg and beyond.

January Keynote

Sandra Loeffler — Integrative Therapist, C-IAYT, TRE Provider, Assisted Stretch Therapist, and owner of Therapy in Motion (Fredericksburg)

Sandra will offer an overview of her core services and explore how she might respond when a client comes in saying they “just want to lose weight.” Together, we’ll unpack what often sits beneath that request and how integrative approaches can support deeper, more sustainable outcomes. A short experiential demo will be included.
