The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank (FRFB) is here to support families and individuals in need with our Fresh Markets, offering groceries on a rotating schedule throughout the Central Rappahannock River Region. Here’s what you need to know:

? Distribution Schedule: Our Fresh Markets operate on a rotating schedule at various locations. Check the schedule to find the nearest distribution event.

?‍♂️ Walk-Up Distributions: Please park your vehicle and walk to the distribution area. It's a good idea to bring your own bags as they may not always be provided. Produce is given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

? First-Time Participants: If you’re new to our Fresh Markets, you'll be asked a few intake questions about Household Information, Income, & Locality.

? Weekly Assistance: You can receive food assistance from a Drive-Thru, Walk-Up, or Fresh Market distribution once per week.

?️ Inclement Weather & Holidays: Distributions may be canceled due to severe weather conditions or if they fall on a holiday. We’ll keep you updated with any changes through our app, FredFoodVA.

? Can’t Make It? If you’re unable to attend our Fresh Market, there are several other ways to get assistance:
