We are a veteran and family owned working farm and licensed USDA facility in Fredericksburg Texas. You will work alongside our Ranch Manager to accomplish the following tasks:Collect Forage for Lemurs and CappybaraCollect and Wash Chicken Eggs from the CoopFeed, Water, Brush our Rescue Horse and PonySlop our Family of Kune Kune HogsLearn to Trim Goat Hooves and Deworm the HerdHay and Grain our Buffalo Herd, Zebra and other ExoticsWith over 300 animals on property, things are subject to change. And they do.Lodging and meals are included for one day and night! We ask that you arrive promptly by 9 AM the day of your experience. You will begin your list of chores with the Ranch Manager NLT then 10 AM the same day. The animals have a schedule and are impatient, we therefore do not wait for late arrivals. And there are no refunds. This portion of your day will last until early afternoon. Dress appropriately.For those who purchase the Lodging Included Option (and after you have earned your keep) you will be able to check in to your complimentary Bunk House by 3PM.
