Life’sWork Yoga Foundations program is more than just a teacher training curriculum. It’s more than learning to be a Guide of the yoga practice. Yoga Foundations is a smorgasbord of yoga and yoga-related practices to support your introduction to the broad tradition that is Yoga. Foundations is an opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills while learning to identify and embrace your most authentic self so that you can show up for all life has to offer. Eligible for 200-hour YA RYT credentials.
Training with Kimberlyn at Life’sWork Yoga is a growth journey of learning and self-inquiry; a guided experience to build confidence and competence (in practice AND in life); and preparation to be a Companion Guide for the practice of yoga for the modern practitioner. Pancha Koshas and Transparent Alignment™ provide the philosophical foundation for this 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training curriculum.
