Unity Campaign Community Packing Event

As part of the 2026 Unity Campaign, Blessings in a Backpack Frederick Chapter is proud to partner with the YMCA of Frederick County and the United Way of Frederick County to bring our community together around a shared goal: supporting local students with hunger-free weekends.

Join us on March 10, 2026, for a Community Packing Event where neighbors, volunteers, and partners will unite to pack ~2,000 weekend food bags for students across Frederick County. These bags will be delivered directly to schools and help ensure kids have the nourishment they need beyond the school week.

Thanks to the strength of our Frederick community, Blessings currently provides weekend food every Friday to over 3,400 students in 32 schools and events like this are what make that impact possible.
