Discover the tiniest frights you’ll find on the Front Range! This family-friendly event is a safe place for kids and families to trick-or-treat at tiny abodes in Crist Park. Plus, participate in our Big Beast Bazaar pet costume contest for great prizes, and take a tour of the world's tiniest haunted house in our Miners Museum.
Event Schedule
3 - 5 pm: Trick-or-Treat Stations - Calling all ghosts, goblins, superheroes, zombies, and princesses! We want to see your favorite alter ego at our trick-or-treat event. We will have lots of candy stops in Crist Park (105 Fifth St.) to fill your bag with goodies. Be sure to check out all of the not-so-frightening Frederick businesses and sponsors in the park.
3 - 5 pm: Trick-or-Treat Street - Explore Downtown Frederick candy stops as our local businesses join in the fun.
3 - 7 pm: Market Vendors in Crist Park (105 Fifth St.)
5 pm: Big Beast Bazaar Pet Costume Contest - Do you have a cow, horse, alpaca, llama, snake, bird, cat, dog, or other exotic pet who loves to play dress-up? Celebrate Howl-O-Ween and bring your furry friends for the Town's pet costume contest. Line up and judging start at 5 pm at the Crist Park gazebo. We will be looking for the funniest, biggest and most unique animals and best pet/owner combination costumes. Winners will receive a pet-rifying prize!
5 - 7 pm: Haunted House Tours- Creepy-crawlies are swarming to Frederick for one night only. Join us in the Miners Museum, if you dare!
