Through Hood College’s partnership with the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, ALL member organizations qualify for exclusive tuition benefits through Hood College’s NeighborHOOD Partners Program. This seminar will outline how Chamber members, their employees, and their families can take advantage of new and improved undergraduate and graduate tuition discounts. Members will also learn how to leverage this benefit to attract, retain, and upskill their workforce, all while supporting local higher education and strengthening regional talent pipelines. Presenter Information – Bios:
Nikki Bamonti – Director of Undergraduate Admission at Hood College. An alumna of the College, she has strong ties to Frederick and a goal of increasing the community’s awareness of Hood College’s undergraduate programs and all the institution has to offer. She is focused on growing enrollment and expanding educational access through innovative employer collaborations.
Becca Reitmeyer – Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission at Hood College and Transfer Specialist. She is an alumna of Hood College’s M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She specializes in transfer student recruitment (those with previous college credits) and Community College partnerships, working closely with students to match their goals with Hood’s education pathways.
Tanith Fowler Corsi – Director of Graduate Admission at Hood College. With 30 years of leadership experience across higher education, nonprofits, and the corporate sector, she brings deep expertise in international and graduate education, strategic planning, and cross-cultural engagement. A global citizen raised in Monaco and the South of France, she is passionate about fostering inclusive, student-centered environments. She is currently
pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Hood College, with research focused on cultural competence in graduate enrollment management.
