The JoGo Project is a WAMMIE Award-winning jazz and gogo band straight out of Washington, DC, bringing their high-energy fusion of jazz, funk, and go-go rhythms to Frederick for an unforgettable summer night! ?✨

Created by saxophonist Elijah Jamal Balbed in 2014 during his Artist-in-Residence program at Strathmore, The JoGo Project has spent the last 12 years becoming one of the DMV’s hottest live acts. ?

They’ve brought the party to legendary venues and events including:

? DC Jazz Festival
