Built as a walkable, downtown celebration of creativity, SilverVox will feature official film selections from Sundance and SXSW, celebrated national and local music acts, filmmaker Q&As, curated shorts and features, Juneteenth programming, artist conversations, and special events that connect cinema, music, and the arts.

Highlights from the festival include:

⭐ Saturday Night Music at the Weinberg: CULTS, with DIIV, and Kishi Bashi 
⭐ A special homecoming concert by Frederick’s own American Idol contestant Rae Boyd, joined by fellow contestant Jesse Findling (Weinberg Center)
⭐ A marquee screening of Strange Journey: The Story of Rocky Horror, followed by a Q&A with filmmaker Linus O’Brien, son of The Rocky Horror Show creator Richard O’Brien (Weinberg Center)
⭐ A behind-the-scenes conversation with Andrea Macasaet, who stars as Anne Boleyn in the Broadway pop-musical phenomenon SIX: The Musical (New Spire Arts)
⭐ The Frederick premiere of Spinsters, a love letter to the city of Frederick (Weinberg Center)
