Amanda has been embodying her emotions through Modern Dance (with lots of Graham and post-Modern inspiration) since she was a child, teaching on and off since 1997. Join her for a dance class custom-built for adults; we will focus on understanding our bodies, increasing our capacity for self-expression, and learning how to make movement interesting without relying on tricks, gimmicks, filters, or trends.

Classes change every month, but will always include:
   - A full body warm-up with light physical conditioning
   - Technical exercise(s) to improve fundamental skills
   - Choreographed phrase(s) - max 32 counts
   - Guided Improvisation and/or Scored Dance Jam Time

Class is (re)introductory level, perfect for beginners and retired dancers who feel like beginners.

$20 per dancer:
