Intro to Jiu-Jitsu Workshop

No pressure. No fighting. No experience required.
Just movement, connection and good vibes.

Join us for a chance to connect with your family, friends and community while learning about us, our academy and what
Jiu-Jitsu at our academy looks like. Ages 14+. This workshop is free but we do need you to register before hand using the link!

This workshop will give you a chance to:

✔️ Experience a simple, clear intro to Jiu-Jitsu and get a feel for what classes are like with us.

​✔️ Familiarize yourself with gentle movements we use as warm ups to boost mobility.

​✔️ Ask questions and try some basic techniques with lots of support and instruction.

​✔️ Try something new in a welcoming environment.

​✔️ Be entered for one FREE month of classes and find out about our founding member specials.

We hope to see anyone who is interested or ever been curious about what Jiu-Jitsu is and if it's a good fit for them!
