We'll open with an all-you-can-eat buffet of fruits and vegetables, such as figs, paw paws, persimmons, watermelons, asian pears, heirloom tomatoes, and autumn olives. Dave will speak on how these foods are grown, and how they benefit our bodies, particularly when grown locally. With full bellies and happy hearts, we'll transition into a guided song circle with percussion instruments (feel free to bring your own!) and some simple call and response songs to celebrate harvest, hope, and community.
