Arm Balances 101 with Chrissy Niper

Join Chrissy for an exhilarating two-hour workshop focused on mastering the art of weightlessness through arm balance postures. This session is crafted to enhance mindfulness and ease as you challenge yourself and unlock your true potential.Whether you’re looking to refine your crow pose or dive into a range of arm balances, this workshop provides a supportive, judgment-free space for experimentation and growth. We’ll engage in drills designed to strengthen both your body and mind, preparing you for takeoff as you explore new possibilities and discover your inner strength.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Chrissy Niper started practicing yoga in 2014 to rehabilitate a game-changing soccer injury. It was then that she began to fall in love with yoga. Her competitive side wanted to learn all the cool poses, but her heart fell in love with getting know to who she was deep down inside. Over the years her practice has evolved, and her competitiveness was replaced with a desire to show others what they are capable of. Chrissy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Downtown Yoga in 2017 and her 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Asheville Yoga Center in 2021.
