• $500 flat fee on items $5,001 and above (per item)
• Additional 3% Internet Buyer’s Premium per item

• 6% Maryland Sales Tax collected unless valid exemption is provided

Title Policy
• $35 handling fee per titled vehicle and/or trailer
Removal & Storage
• NO REMOVAL UNTIL PAID IN FULL
• Items must be removed within 3 days
• $25/day storage fee after 7 days
• Items abandoned after 14 days will be forfeited
• Buyer assumes all responsibility once purchased
• Loading assistance provided at buyer’s risk only
