Falls Prevention at Frederic Senior Center

Join Adoray Home Health & Hospice at The Frederic Senior / Community Center for this free event to learn how you can protect yourself from falling and fall-related injuries.

Learn home safety tips and your best defense for preventing a fall. Participants will take part in balance testing and interactive education with the assistance of our therapy team.
