Open to men and women ages 12+, this training is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, caregivers, teachers, coaches and community members who want to learn valuable life-saving skills and feel more confident responding in an emergency.

Topics covered include:
✔ Basic CPR
✔ Infant CPR
✔ Basic First Aid

This class is designed as an introductory and refresher course covering CPR, Infant CPR, and Basic First Aid. Participants will gain practical knowledge, but please note that this is not a certification or recertification course.
