Winter is the most Yin of all the seasons, and it is ruled by the element of Water. Join me on the Full Snow Moon for a 2 hour Yin Yoga practice that will focus on nourishing the Kidneys and the Urinary Bladder ~ the vital organs associated with the intrinsic wisdom of Winter & Water. To embody this wisdom is to move through fear, and to flow with the natural unfolding of life. This is an opportunity to learn more about the power of aligning our practice with the cycles of the seasons, and to strengthen the skill of becoming an open and neutral witness to whatever arises in each moment. 

All are always welcome, but space is limited to 12 people. Please dress warm and comfortable and arrive on time.
