Don't miss out on the chance to be part of this exciting canoe community experience!This inaugural event welcomes paddlers of all experience levels to connect, learn, and enjoy time on the water.This years' focus is on three streams of canoeing; Basic Canoeing: intro to Tandem and Solo paddling, Advance Canoeing + leader levels and Big Canoe paddler and leader levels.Set against the scenic lake and forest at Camp Friendship, the festival offers canoeists the opportunity to socialize, paddle, build skills, and immerse themselves in all things canoeing.On​-Water Courses & TrainingParticipants can take part in a range of RCABC-sanctioned courses, including:1) Intro to Tandem, Solo (with an option to go for your Lakewater Leader certification - Foundational strokes, safety practices, and boat control)2) Day 1: refreshing, practicing and workshopping advanced strokes, Day 2: Re-certs for current instructors. (with an option for current instructors to begin mentorship towards becoming an Instructor trainer)3) - Beginner Paddler & Leader levels.
