Come and be immersed in soothing sound vibrations from singing bowls, drums, gongs and chimes.  The experience is designed to leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. 

This month is also an opportunity to have a positive impact on others. Throughout September a dedicated team of sound therapists are raising funds for 'The Boris Hess Foundation' who do important work in education and humanitarian projects in remote communities of Nepal.  

All profits from Nourishing Harmony's September 24 Sound Bath will be donated.  

Doors open 7.30 for a 7.45 start.
