There are no prerequisites for this workshop, so whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, this workshop welcomes all levels of confidence, experience and physical ability.In a supportive environment, you will be guided through a practice which offers yoga as an opportunity for healing, focusing on choice and personal agency. Clare will guide you through gentle movements and breath focus, supporting you to mindfully notice your experience and choose a practice that at all times feels available and safe enough for you.
